The Assignment
Produce TV and social launch videos that tell Cuddly’s origin story—born as a nonprofit supporting shelters—and introduce a buy-one, give-one pet food that keeps shelter pets fed.
Execution
We partnered with Cuddly’s teams and shelters across Dallas and Houston to film on location. Using real, adoptable rescue pets, we captured authentic interactions, and paired them with a polished narrative featuring a recent rescue. We developed storyboards, then edited in-house in close collaboration with Cuddly to ensure clear, on-brand messaging.
Outcome
The campaign delivered strong TV and social reach, above-average engagement and view-through rates, a clear lift in pet food sales, and expanded shelter partnerships. Donations and meal contributions increased, adoption inquiries rose, and Cuddly gained a reusable content library for ongoing fundraising and promotional efforts.
